• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation for Network Operations Center (NOC) and support managed service customer
• Work with internal party, vendor and customer to deliver high quality of managed service
• Ensure the managed network system and infrastructure are functioning and effectively and efficient
• Monitor and maintain managed network system and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and availability
• Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and service availability
• Response quickly and effectively to network issues and incident
• Work with the team to troubleshooting and resolve problem
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to continuously improve network operation
• Provide regular reports on network performance and availability to internal parties and customer
• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support or Network Operation Center (NOC)
• Good technical knowledge in various brands of ICT product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft Windows Server, etc.
• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
• Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNP, etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
