Leading IT & Telecom services provider
• Lead the Mobile Core Network Engineering team
• Design, develop and plan mobile core network infrastructure
• Define and design core network evolution and roadmap
• Initiate network monetization strategies
• Manage vendors, implement projects and manage any potential risks
• Budget control for both CAPEX and REVEX
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in core network system engineering, preferably gained in the Telecom industry or consultancy firms
• Solid exposure in the project and vendor management
• Excellent leadership, project management and influencing skills
• Good business acumen, analytical and detail-minded team leader, capable of balancing conflicting interests
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
