• Perform Data Analytics on network quality assurance
• Evolve performance management tools with machine learning / AI
• Monitor and analyze performance of mobile network and customer complaints
• Automate the processes of mobile network planning and operations
• Initiate and drive the network performance and customer experience improvement plans
• Define the network performance metrics and KPI
• Integrate network performance platform with different vendor systems
• Server and database administration, patch update and security configuration
• Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or relevant disciplines
• 5 - 10 years' working experience, preferable in mobile network industry
• Sound knowledge in 3G/4G/5G mobile networks
• Knowledge in MS Office, Windows, IOS, Linux and Sun Solaris
• Familiar with SQL, Oracle, Web programming, Python, C++
• A good team player with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
