IT Service Delivery Manager

 

Responsibilities

 

• Provide technical supervision for the operation system support including IT helpdesk, data center operations and production control
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize the impact of problems upon service quality, identify opportunities in accordance with ITIL requirements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the department head to manage operational related costs within allocated budget
• Monitor service quality of technology outsourcing service provider, helpdesk services and other key vendor services

 

Manager - Network Solutions

 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Responsible for international roaming network and service development
• Lead and build end-to-end wholesale network infrastructure
• Develop strategies and directions for network solutions and technology evolution
• Own and manage projects for delivery on time and within budget
• Perform data analysis on network performance

 

Assistant Manager - Core Network Engineering & Operations

 

Responsibilities

 

• Take in-charge-of IMS Core Network's daily operations management & features implementation
• Manage Datacom Network facilities
• Handle Circuit Switching (CS) & IMS Core network, including but not limited to dimensioning, design review and capacity planning
• Manage & supervise vendors, hardware/ software expansion & testing activities

Job Requirements

IT Service Delivery Manager

 

Requirements

 

• Degree in Technologies, Engineering or Science with relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in a Service Delivery Management role, with exposure to key functions such as Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management Mastery of ITIL principles
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
• Excellent organizational, resource planning and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Linux, Unix, Oracle DB, MongoDB
• Soft skills in PMP/CCNAP/ ITIL is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin

 

Manager - Network Solutions

 

Requirements

 

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in mobile network development, of which 3 years should be managerial / senior supervisory level
• Knowledge in Mobile Core Networks, IP networking, Telecom Signaling, Roaming, Messaging and IoT
• Strong leadership, analytical and organization skills
• Professional certification in project management is a plus
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

 

Assistant Manager - Core Network Engineering & Operations

 

Requirements

 

• Degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant working experience
• Familiar with 4G/ 5G, CS/ IMS core network operations
• Datacom network knowledge & management is a must
• A positive team player with good problem-solving & influencing skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
