Well-known IT, CRM and Contact Centre solutions company
• Participate in pre-sales activities to provide advisory to assist sales and marketing team;
• Present solution, conduct demonstration and PoC to the customers
• Writing proposal, responding to RFPs
• Degree holder in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline
• Experience in ICT and / or software solution preferred, though not essential
• 3+ years presales experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experienced in writing solution proposal
• Strong sense of ownership
• Willing to learn and can work independently
• Strong ability to understand and describe solution and architecture
• Responsible, self-motivated, flexible and with detailed mind
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
