Senior QA Analyst (Manual)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as QA Analyst.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the quality of media apps being used by millions of users globally and testing of applications on mobile, tablet, web and tv platforms. The role will involve a close relationship with product and development teams.
• Define, develop, and deploy quality initiatives throughout the entire product life cycle, including business requirement and functional specification, development, post launch maintenance.
• Prepare test cases and provide appropriate planning and execution in feature testing, regression testing, integration testing, performance testing, and other non-functional testing to ensure successful application deployment.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to ensure that all aspects of quality are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process.
• Prepare training materials, provide user training and implementation support.
• Coordinate the test for regional field testing, and subcontract QA team.
• Update and maintain best QA procedures and standards, including test planning, test data preparation and test automation.
• Provide input to the QA Manager / Team lead for all QA related activities and dependencies, for HK and GZ QA teams.
Software Automation QA Engineer
Responsibilities
• Automation testing of applications on mobile, tablet and web platforms
• Ensure the quality of media apps being used by millions of users globally. The role will involve a close relationship with Product and Development teams.
• Maintain and improve the current mobile app test framework, and implement new test cases along with the product evolution.
• Develop and improve the API test practice, contribute to the solution of API CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop and improve the web test practice, contribute to the system of multi-region, multilanguage automated web tests.
• Support mobile app CI/CD routines.
• Collaborate in a cross-function team to ensure that all aspects of quality are actively discussed and addressed during the delivery process.
• Provide input to the QA Manager for all QA related activities and dependencies, for Manual and Auto QA teams of HK and GZ locations.
Senior QA Analyst (Manual)
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Computing Information System, Computing Science, Computing Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Software QA or UAT or system design and analysis. Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Software QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and testing areas.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, Test Management tools and/or Agile development test process will be an advantage.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
• Self-motivated, passionate, responsible and good team player.
Software Automation QA Engineer
Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject with at least 1 year of QA automation experience.
• Programming skills in at least one of the following: Java, Python, NodeJS.
• Knowledge of version control and test case management tools.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Robot Framework.
• Knowledge of Docker and Jenkins.
• Good command in speaking and writing in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
