• Assist in EBS ERP project implementation and development process.
• Use Oracle Forms and ReportNet tools.
• Co-ordinate with team members to execute implementation tasks.
• Perform existing system’s updates, maintenance, support & trouble shoot.
• Understand and collect users requirements and feedback.
• Interact with end users to provide application and technical consultancy.
• Provide help desk support and solution to Office end users.
• Deliver information system training to end users.
• Maintain good working relationship with users.
• Degree Holder in Computer Studies, Information System or related discipline.
• Good command in English and Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Team player, hardworking, self-starter and responsible.
• 5 years of solid experience in ERP Oracle Application system implementation and/or support.
• Experience with Microsoft/Network is a plus.
