Responsibilities
• Provide service desk support to users
• Handle events, operations and support according to established data centre procedures
• Monitor and manage company's and client's servers, network and computer systems in the data centre
• F.7/DSE or Computer related certificate/diploma is preferred
• Experience in working in Data Centre for operations of computer systems and networks preferred
• Proven capabilities in following operations procedures and guidelines
• Basic knowledge of Windows server and Unix systems
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• 7 x 24 shift duty is required
