• A diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related field, MCSE preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications, and desktop hardware, retail experience a plus.
• Knowledgeable in system and network management, with specifics on:
• Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange,
• TCP/IP network/wifi setup,
• Microsoft operating systems, e.g., Win10, WinXP, Windows Server Family.
• Experience with Checkpoint Firewall is beneficial.
• Self-driven, hardworking, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized, capable of working independently under stress.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Available for travel within Asia on short notice and willing to work overtime or on-call during emergencies.
• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with MCSE qualification preferred;
• At least 2 year experience in supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications and desktop hardware, preferably in retail business;
• Knowledge in system and network management, specifically on:
• Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange,
• TCP/IP network / wifi setup,
• Microsoft operating systems, i.e. Win10, WinXP, Windows Server Family.
• Experience on Checkpoint Firewall is an advantage;

• Well organized and able to work independently under pressure;
