Regional IT services and solutions provider
• Responsible for providing help desk services; handling and escalating problems;
• Real time monitoring network/system healthiness;
• Providing on-site technical support; printing and distributing user reports;
• Conducting routine system health check; producing performance reports;
• Executing backup arrangement and supporting operation.
• At least one (1) year of post-qualification computer operation experience in operating a data centre with systems supporting at least 200 concurrent users based on UNIX (Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, etc.) and Windows platforms in a high-availability and cluster environment;
• At least one (1) year post-qualification operation experience on government IT systems;
• Preferred Hands-on experience in Unix (Oracle Solaris, IBM AIX, etc), Windows;
• Familiar with WebLogic and UNIX would be an advantage;
• Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner;
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Willing to work on public holidays & 7x24 roster; and
• Work location: Tsuen Wan; shift is required.
