• Provide HR generalist support including document processing, performance appraisal project coordination, etc.
• Maintain relevant HR database/record management and handle internal staff’s requires.
• Responsible for developing and improving Employee handbook of overseas countries according to local regulations and internal policies
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related discipline, knowledge of performance management is preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 year’s solid experience in Human Resource, preferably from Chinese-funded enterprises
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak fluent Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
