Client Description
Our client, a Japan base sizable freight services company with offices around the global. They are now urgently seeking an Senior Accounting Executive / Accounting Supervisor to join their expanding team
Job Description
- Responsible to review the accounting slip, voucher and other related documents from Branches
- Supervise the settlement of revenue, monitor the collection status & AR aging
- Handle prompt payment & monitor AP status
- Support and advise accounting staffs regarding finance & accounting issues
- Assist in various audit in finance & accounting
- Assist in budget control & monitor funds in Branches
- Act as Regional function and close communicate with HQ and Branches
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
- Business trip may be required (occasionally)
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline
- 3-5 years working experience in Accounting
- Experience in i-Account (SAP system) is an advantage
- Flexible, reliable with good interpersonally
- Immediate available is highly preferred
