Business Analyst (Insurance Projects) - IC

HK-listed and leading financial services conglomerate

Job Description

• Responsible for the lifecycle management of projects mainly related to wealth management business. The projects will include solutions for (I) relationship manager/insurance agent/IFA/consultant platform, (II) client portal, and (III) operations team solution.
• Gather user requirements, and translate into functional specification documents for development, including UI/UX design
• Monitor the project progress, and coordinate with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure on-time project delivery and the deliverables meeting the requirements of different stakeholders
• Lead the continuous improvement and process reengineering, and apply critical-thinking to discover alternative solutions
• Work independently to introduce a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution for the wealth management business
• Prepare training materials and provide training to users
• Design and document SOP
• Ensure the continuity of ongoing operations and cater to new user requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, e-Commerce or related disciplines
• 3 years of experience in insurance project management / business analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Independent, self-motivated and multi-tasking
• Performed UAT and launched a new web and mobile application
• Knowledge about insurance operations and CRM use cases
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
