Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior SE or pre-sales position. Candidates with less experience or knowledge will be consider as Junior SE position.
Responsibilities
• Attend assigned IT vendors' official trainings and acquire corresponding qualification or certificate to become subject matter expert on Linux OS, BCP, Storage, Cloud and AI solution .
• Perform Project implementation under Tech lead guidance for our customers from various sectors including Banking Finance, Gov., Public Utilities, and Global Enterprise customers. The project scope may relates to VMware, Enterprise workload (e.g. Windows, Linux, Oracle, MS Exchange, SQL, Container, BigData), RedHat Enterprise Linux system, IT automation (Ansible), DevSecOps, business continuity and container related solution based on candidate experience and potential.
• Provides hands on setup support to presales teammates or senior teammates including product evaluation, demo and onsite customer POCs
• Candidate with solid experience and presales knowledge or interest will be considered to work as presales role
• Associate Degree or above in IT, E-commerce or Engineering or Science disciplines
• 3 years in-house IT administrator experience or System Integration/ Distributor technical experience is required.
• VM, Linux, Container, Ansible & BCP solution
• Training will be provided
• Computer knowledge, experience in MS windows and basic networking is required
• Self-motivated, strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
• Concept or Working experience in private Cloud and Linux platform will be an advantage
• Holder of Microsoft, Linux, any cloud or Server management certificate will be a plus
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
