Candidates with less experience will be considered as Infrastructure Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot on Windows server system and other visualisation platform like VMWare.
• Perform server, storage and network maintenance, administration, backup and restore, health check, performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Basic firewall policy and DB table space update
• Provide ad-hoc maintenance service on roster basis
• Conduct preventive maintenance, system performance analysis and reporting to IT senior management
• Coordinate with vendor for providing daily supports and solutions to customers
• Manage infrastructure upgrade and implementation projects
• Compile service reports and conduct service review meetings
