Office Assistant - IC

Job Description

• Sort and handle all incoming and outgoing mails including postage, mails among different office premises
• Perform checking and maintain all office equipment, facilities and premises
• Escort external maintenance technician to the location where service is required
• Outdoor duties such as courier, bank in service, etc.
• Maintenance and administrative support, including proactive checking on company facilities and equipment, meeting room set up, escort vendors, payment requisition.
• Support projects as assigned such as relocation, new office set up etc.

Job Requirements

• Secondary level or Diploma holder
• At least 2 years relevant experience in mid-to-large organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Client centric mindset
• Good command of MS Office is an advantage
