Our client, a sizable healthcare distributor in Asia Pacific region. They are now urgently seeking Senior Finance Manager to join their expanding team
Job Description
- Develop strategies, review business performance and assess opportunities which will support the BU’s continued expansion
- Drive financial data transparency and standardization across all countries where Auriga operates.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial forecasts and business plans
- Assist to highlight financial performance and provide business analysis of risks and opportunities for management review
- Lead the month end closing activities to achieve timeliness and accuracy
- Manage cash flow, perform forecast and enhance treasury processes
- Develop guidelines to ensure financial controls and processes in place as well as provide guidance to countries
- Establish/ optimize workflow for operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Assess financial implications in reviewing agreements
- Liaise with external parties, including auditors and bankers, counterparts within the group
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting / Finance / Business Disciplines with professional accountancy qualification
- At least 15 years of commercial finance/business analysis experience with at least 8 years at managerial level in healthcare industry
- Business and financial acumen mindset
- Leadership skill with sound judgement in making decisions
- Self-motivated and independent with good problem-solving skill
- Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people from all levels
- Detailed minded and analytical with good presentation skill
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and with flexibility to cope with changes
- JDE, HFM and ERP experience will be an asset
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Willing to travel
