Client Description
Our client a Fintech company which bring experiences from Commercial Banking, Investment Banking and Traditional Factoring businesses together to build a successful trade financing platform. They are now urgently seeking an experienced Finance and Operation Manager to join their rapidly growing team
Job Description
- Assist management of a loan portfolio including concentration management, reporting and liquidity management
- Client relationship management and communication to understand needs and answer enquiries.
- Assist management of internal finance function including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, etc.
- Assist new product development and work flow standardization
- Ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance, or Accounting, or other related business disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Big-4 or second-tier Accounting Firm or Fund House experience is a plus
- CFA or CPA Qualification is a plus
- Debt or Equity Fundraising experience is a plus
- Securitization experience is a plus
- Result-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently under pressure
