Job Description

• Plan, design, organize and evaluate full cycle training activities to support business development
• Source, consult, and work together with a range of external consultants to design and deliver corporate training programs
• Take charge of company-wide product-week training activities, technical skills training, certification or professional qualification training program
• Act as a business partner and work closely with departmental business leaders to identify training needs, design and deliver functional business development program
• Support senior training manager to design and organize leadership development programs
• Responsible for regional entire new staff training program, managing the effectiveness of activities, deliver on board introduction
• Track monthly training delivery status and make records, responsible for E-learning platform
• Assist in other large-scale T&D program delivering and ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• 3 years’ experience in training area preferably from sizable company, with hands-on experience in talent/ training management
• Well organized with strong communication and presentation/delivery skills
• Flexible in mindset and working methods
• Able to work independently under pressure and prioritize work
• Good command of both English and Chinese (fluency in spoken Mandarin), and good at writing small articles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Chinese Word Processing
