Regional IT & Engineering services and solutions provider
• Implementation of the ICT and Multimedia Display Systems
• Coordinate with M&E and Builder's works activities on site;
• Prepare and coordinate on construction drawings, shop drawings, CSD (Combined Services Drawings) and CBWD (Combined Builder’s Work Drawings)
• Method Statement, fitting out arrangement
• Liaise with Architect, ICT, Data Network, Cabling, Consultants’ representatives and the Main Contractor of Construction Company
• Degree or Diploma holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines
• At least 3 years’ site construction work experience
• Solid experience in BMS (Building Management System), project planning and works coordination
• Well understanding on wiring regulations & standards for audio visual, ELV and IT systems
• Good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Experience on medium to large scale project implementation with at least going through one project development life cycle
• Knowledge and experience on Information Technology systems would be an advantage
• Self-initiative, responsible, good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
