Project Manager (IT / Audio Visual products)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Project Executive.
Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of technology projects to customers in Hong Kong
• Engage in IT projects and work with the related stakeholders to successfully complete the project in a timely and effective manner
Product Executive (IT / Audio Visual products)
Responsibilities
• Evaluate technology, customer and market trends to proactively identify market demand to maximize the profitability and capture new revenue sources
• New initiatives in supporting the new business for different markets
• Assist to plan, develop and manage new product and service rollout to ensure go-to-market, which include service delivery and support in work-flow, service provisioning, operations, management & maintenance, customer service, billing, sales and pre-sales, operations staff training, etc.
• Effectively manage product roadmap lifecycle and strategies on priority, executive direction, pricing, product promotion, positioning, and product profitability from product perspective
• Regularly manage and liaise with different parties to maintain good product supports in order to provide high service quality standards and customer satisfaction
• To be accountable for product management, development and strategies formulation for communication solutions, from idea generation to product commercialization
Project Manager (IT / Audio Visual products)
Requirements
• 3-5 Year experience in a Project or Project Management role
• Attendance of project meetings, taking of minutes and driving of action items
• Experience on site and coordinating with client, contractors and project stakeholders
• Knowledge in IT / AV or Network will be a plus
• Proficiency in written & spoken English
• Conduct day-to-day project progress tracking, status updates and coordination as required
• Create and maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies and associated resource requirements for project milestones
• Define, communicate and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including research institutes, universities and other companies on assigned projects
• Provide comprehensive supports to project documentation, plans and reports
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Product Executive (IT / Audio Visual products)
Requirements
• Bachelor degree holder of Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of product management and sales / marketing experience
• Experience in IT / AV / Workplace projects; having product and industry knowledge in Audio-Visual systems, LED walls, public address, intercom, smart control of building /office will be an advantage
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate available if highly preferred
