Responsibilities
• Provide IT infrastructure support/administration - Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of OS, hardware & software
• To be responsible for providing IT supporting service to internal users
• Handling IT Support daily operation
• On-site support, logging customer requests into the system and resolving or escalate to the appropriate support team.
• Monitor system, communication performance and utilization.
• Take lead in troubleshooting system/network related problem and assist other teams on troubleshooting when needed
• Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Good knowledge on server and network
• Holder of MCITP, CCNA, CCNP will be an advantage
• With lead team experience will considered as Senior Service Engineer / Service Team Supervisor
