Well-established IoT products manufacturing and R&D company
• Responsible for strategic product planning and execution of product roadmap for HVAC controls and Smart Home products
• Develop product plan and create product requirement documents
• Provide the drive to implement the product requirements in the cross-functional product development teams
• Work closely with product engineering and operation teams to deliver product milestones on time and on budget
• Perform market study and competitive analysis
• Define market segmentation and positioning for the product lines
• Provide technical support and customization solutions on the product platform to meet customer requirements
• Work with business units on the sales and marketing activities to maximize the product portfolio performance
• Degree holder in engineering discipline (e.g. electronic, mechanical, computer, etc), MBA a plus
• 5+ years of experience in product development and/or product management, preferably in the field of HVAC controls and Home/building Automation
• Experience with IoT technologies and UI/UX on associated applications a plus
• Experience with HVAC indoor climate control products and systems preferred
• Strong blend of technical and business competencies
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
