Senior HR Consultant (TA / BP)
• With focus on talent requisition, employee engagement, training, organization development, international assignment
• Proactively involve in the recruitment process from screening to on-boarding to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business growth
• Advise and assist line managers on people management issues to support business operations and cultivate cooperative environment
• MNC background, good interpersonal and communication skills. IT recruitment experiences.
• Good English and Cheerful. Need to be presentable
Senior HR Consultant (C&B, Payroll, Operations)
• With focus on payroll admin, compensation benefits, MPF, Tax Admin, work visa, HR operation support
• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations including payroll, pension, taxation, benefit administration and leave management for business units & regional office
• Assist in annual C&B exercise including annual salary review, benefits review and bonus/ incentive distribution
• Provide support on staff recognition and award programs
• MNC background. Experienced in payroll and compensation is a must.
• Detail-mined. Familiar with labor law & taxation
• Experiences in SAP (HR module) and HR e-lite (payroll system) is highly preferable.
HR Consultant (Operations Support, Compliance, Admin)
• HR operation support, training logistics, compliance and audit
• Handle office & HR related matters including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling
• Manage HR strategies from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness
• 1 – 2 year experiences. Stable and patient
• Able to follow detailed procedures, patient with routine jobs
