Regional IT & Telecom solutions provider
• Assist in the full spectrum of office administration functions, including office supplies, property maintenance, staff cards, company events and other administration related duties
• Handle related work on office rental, decoration, relocation and renovation
• Coordinate with external vendors for quotation administration and work arrangement
• Liaise with the external vendors to ensure quality services are provided in a timely manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• Diploma or above in Office Administration or related, recent graduate would be considered
• Experience in performing general administrative duties would be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Mature, self-motivated & well-organized
• Proactive in providing creative ideas
• Strong sense of responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
