A rapid growning green finance platform company is urgently seeking an Investor Relation cum Investment Analyst to join their expanding team
Job Description
- Conduct industry research and company analysis on potential acquisitions;
- Evaluate investment opportunities through building financial model, conducting due diligence and analysis;
- Prepare investment-related materials including pitch deck, fact sheet, term sheet and reports, etc.;
- Accessing new investment opportunities and potential investors;
- Develop and maintain close relationships with investors and participate in pitching and servicing meetings;
- Assist in due diligence, deal documentation, post-deal management, and risk management;
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Commerce and other related disciplines, basic knowledge in fund operation is a plus;
- At least 2 years of experience in investment research, financial modeling and financial analysis, working experience in PE firm or family office is preferred;
- Familiar with new energy, medical technology, and ESG policy is preferred;
- Be able to analyse and articulate recommendations in a clear and concise manner in both verbal and written;
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with high attention to detail, accuracy, and able to work independently;
- Ability to work under pressures and time constraints;
- Self-initiative and a good team player;
- Advance users of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
