Client Description
A rapid growning green finance platform company is urgently seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding team
Job Description
- Manage all financial & accounting operations, including all AR & AP related activities, issuing debit / credit note bank reconciliation, and etc.;
- Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets and other reports and analysis requested by management;
- Participate in business development feasibility study, fund raising, due diligence review, business integration / liquidation and ad hoc business project;
- Develop and maintain relationship with banking, insurance, external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisers; to ensure all operation comply with regulations;
- Provide administration and secretarial support to Board meetings including drafting of minutes and resolutions;
- Handle other ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
- Holder of professional qualification of CPA and with internal audit experience is preferred;
- 3 years or above relevant experience is required
- Experience with legal documents would be an advantage;
- Adaptive, strong sense of responsibility and commitment, result oriented, able to work independently and attention to details;
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Immediately available is preferred
