Job Description

• Responsible for HR plans and strategies’ development according to business objectives
• In charge the HR System’s design & maintenance to improve efficiency, provide relevant training to the Business Units
• Support business development based on in-depth analytics from existing internal data with external research. Identify problems, propose suggestion and conduct follow up actions
• Prepare solutions by using Excel, PowerPoint presentations
• Assist the business section head to enhance & review the commission scheme and performance reward plans

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above with in Human Resources, Business Analysis or related
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience in sizable IT & Telecom companies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally
• Excellent Analytical and logical mindset
• Mature, pleasant, independent, well-organized, details and achievement oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
