Project Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management from initial stage to delivery, specialized in Data Centre projects
• Liaise with customers and vendors to facilitate service provisioning and related support
• Manage resource planning, scheduling and cost control to ensure project completion of standard and within budget

Commercial Manager – Data Center

Responsibilities

• Supports Sales teams in the quotation and negotiation of new and renewal deals
• Conducts independent analysis and financial modelling required for structuring the complex deals
• Ensures pricing agreement supportability by engaging with support teams; assists in monitoring and tracking any required manual processes for items not supported through automation
• Provides quote review and pricing approval support, ensuring compliance with our commercial policy standards, global guidance and alignment with customer-specific agreements
• Extends global pricing agreement support including space and power, interconnection, and growth incentive plans
• Process RFP compiling with internal standard and conduct necessary price negotiation with customers and suppliers to enhance profit margin
• Prepare business intelligence reports include but not limited to sourcing, market pricing and vendor performance

Global Partnership Manager – Data center

Responsibilities

• Global IDC sourcing management, explore DC supplier, negotiate DC commercial and service term based on product requirement and ad-hoc customer requirement.
• Develop and manage new vendor relationships, aligning with company expansions and seals strategies in to sourcing region.
• Evaluate vendors in region by service level review, response time, service performance, etc.
• Process vendor registration based on company policy, negotiate for MSA, SLA
