• Not limited to make phone calls base on the list provided by the company and make an appointments for the sales team’s further presentation.
• Provide sales administrative support to salesmen
• Liaison with vendors, prepare quotations, sales report, and all other documents
• Administer sales orders and procedures
• Perform daily sales activities with salesmen
• Maintenance filing system for Sales Department
• Handle enquiries from call-in customers to facilitate the related sales service support
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Around 10 year or more sales related experience in technology industry
• Being flexible, and cheerful, positive and with can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services
• Knowledge of IT Products is an advantage
