• Responsible for sales, assist in design work, project execution and tendering of AV projects
• Coordinate & develop customers connection including consultants, Designer and project companies
• Maximize profitability by driving strategic sales and business development
• Identify and assess market trends, business opportunities, customer needs and orientations, competitors, and potential strategic partners.
• Achieve sales growth performance via expanding business volume and further penetration of existing accounts/partners
• Proactive and dynamic sales personnel who possesses strong interest in AV technologies
• Have knowledge and experiences in the AV industry
• Have knowledge in new modern workspace AV/IT systems setup
• Have knowledge in AV products and system design (eg: Crestron, BIAMP, QSC, Cisco, Poly etc)
• Willingness to continuously learn new products from vendors / suppliers
• Strong understanding of the AV project selling/deployment cycles
• 3 years+ relevant experience in AV project sales is preferred
