Job Description

• Focus on specific market segments to identify and develop high potential account, make new sales contact, acquire new customers to grow business for the company
• Understand accurately the business needs of customers for new business hunting
• Execute new products plan and prepare technical sales kits
• Provide support in quotation follow up, sales & technical discussion to the overseas Business Development team
• Drive revenue and manage pipelines to achieves sales quota per the assignment
• Conduct market / product research in assigned market segment for business planning

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or Engineering discipline is preferable
• Proven sales track record in Electronics Industry
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills to acquire new customers & close deals
• Over 8 years’ experience in sales & marketing and business development, technical background is preferable
• Experience in conducting market, product research report and strong in statistics analysis for market data
• Excellent communication , organization and planning skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, ability to speak any EU language highly preferable
