Client Description
A global logistics company, who is urgently looking for a Airfreight Operation Manager to join the team in Hong Kong
Job Description
- Reporting to Hong Kong GM
- Plan and manage the daily operations of the Air Export
- Manage a small team to handle full set of air export documents, cargo planning, and other operational related tasks
- Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and follow up
- Ensure all members and tasks meet company policy and standard operating procedures
- Regularly follow-up to handle any incidents and report any irregular incidents to top management
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in air export operation in freight forwarding industry and with 2 years of managerial experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, detail-minded, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of export laws and regulation
- Good relationship with Airlines and co-leaders
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in PC skills
Valid certificate of Dangerous Goods, RAT and RACSF
