US-based IT service vendor / Client: Bank

Job Description

• Hands-on management and strong experience in Windows Infrastructure Support focus on MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Email Gateway, MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Project Management.
• Highly preferable with working experience in banking sector.
• Technical knowledge of Core Infrastructure systems management including, Mobile Solution (BlackberryWork/AirWatch), MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) , File Transfer (MoveIT), VMWare, Citrix, Zerto, DLP Solution, McAfee security products such as ePO, MEG, ATD, TIE, FRM, DLP, Application Control, Endpoint protection and Encryption; or other equivalent security products with hands on experience
• Strong in management of Infrastructure services projects, provide technical Infrastructure solutions for any IT or business project or BAU request
• Define and maintain the standard operation workflow on Infrastructure services
• Manage audit and regulation requests; provide and review the evidences promptly as required
• Hands-on management of daily support operation on Infrastructure services and maintain the stability and secured Infrastructure environment
• On-call standby support is required in non-office hours

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ solid working experience in systems design, implementation and troubleshooting and 2 years in enterprise systems architecture with standardization
• Experience on Mobile (AirWatch) will be an advantage
• Relevant Information Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM) and PMP is an advantage.
• Proactive, a good team player and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
