Renowned property and construction company with business spanning Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau
• Daily administration, maintenance and support of the company’s PC and network:
• Assist in procurement, installation and logistics support, maintenance and asset management of computer hardware and software
• Assist in identification and evaluation of IT solutions
• Provide technical support and advice to end users on PC operations and mobile devices
• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant experience in computer support
• Well-versed with Windows platform, Microsoft Office and Mac OS
• Self-driven, proactive, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in written / spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Travel to site offices to provide technical support is required
