Sales Operation Executive (UAT)
Responsibilities
• Perform the service provisioning team for corporate order service provisioning in Springboard and BOM
• Perform QA check on customer order and profile in the system ensure it is correctly provisioned
• Handle VIP and special customers segment’s order provisioning
• Prepare regular activation and staff productivity reports for management review
• As the focal point of service provisioning team, perform case investigation with related parties includes Corporate Account Services, Billing and IT when needed.
• Shift duty may be needed / either 9 - 6pm or 11 - 8pm
Sales Operation Executive (Service Provisioning Team Leader)
Responsibilities
• Supervise the service provisioning team handling daily corporate order service provisioning in iFE and BOM
• Perform job dispatching to the team staffs based on the skill set and workload
• Perform QA check on customer profile in the system ensure it is correctly provisioned
• Handle VIP and special customers segment’s order provisioning
• Prepare team resource planning and roster subject to the business need and for the special projects
• Prepare regular activation and staff productivity reports for management review
• As a trainer to train new staffs and the existing staffs if any new product, service plan and system features launched
• As the focal point of service provisioning team, perform case investigation with related parties includes Corporate Account Services, Billing and IT when needed.
• Provide user requirement to the system enhancement projects, and perform UAT when necessary.
• Shift Duty may be required / either 9 - 6pm or 11 - 8pm

Requirements
• Higher Diploma in business administration or related
• Minimum 4 years experience in order processing and logistic arrangement
• Knowledge of order management system and/or service provisioning system
• Working experience in Telecom or IT companies is preferred
• Project coordinator experience is an advantage

• Higher Diploma or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• 4 years relevant working experience in service provisioning or order fulfillment in Telecom or IT field is a must
• At least 2 year experience in supervisor role
• Training experience is an advantage
