Assistant Financial System Manager
Responsibilities
• Participate in ERP Project (Accounting), review COA and accounting workflows
• Analyze the user requirements and participate in system design, data cleansing and conversion.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to support the development of systems
• Support data migration, post launch verification and assurance test
• Prepare test scripts, conduct system testing and end-user training
• Verify test result against test condition to ensure the correctness and completeness of the functions
• Support full cycle project management of the delivery of the Oracle Accounting system, general ledger, financial reporting
• Perform system implementations and enhancements, work closely with the relevant stakeholders including IT system teams
Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
• Participate in ERP Financial and Accounting system implementation.
• Assist Project in-charge for project rollout and work closely with relevant stakeholders including product vendor and user departments.
• Manage and support all migration tasks from old to new Financial and Accounting system.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on technical aspect in the system implementation.
• Support and conduct data migration, SIT and UAT as well as conduct user training.
Assistant Financial System Manager
Requirements
• Degree in IT / Accounting or equivalent, with good practical knowledge in both areas
• 3 years working experience in Tier-One ERP Projects with full project life cycle experience
• Prior experience in supporting Oracle Accounting system
• Experience in accounting operation is highly preferred
• Good project management skill and able to meet tight deadline
• Good communication skill and team player
Systems Analyst
Requirements
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of IT Project implementation experience.
• Strong domain knowledge on accounting & financial system or ERP system.
• Preferred experience/knowledge in general ledger, AR, AP, financial reporting.
• Prior experience in supporting Oracle Accounting System.
• Preferred knowledge in Cloud application implementation.
• Conversant in MS Office application especially in advanced MS Excel and VBA skills.
• Knowledge of next generation BI tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI) an advantage.
