• This Head of Retail Information Technology (Hong Kong) is for Group Information Technology – Retail HK.
• Manage the IT services teams to provide direct support to the business units to achieve greater customer satisfaction
• Manage the team to implement the defined IT blue print for sustainable customer service
• Lead the team to enhance service process and define workflow with the business
• Review the priority and resources on delivering IT support services
• Maintain the platform for 3rd level support from GIT
• Manage the vendors in carrying out the out-sourced support services
• Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 12 year experience in IT field and with 5 years in managerial role
• Experience in project management, vendor selection and management
• Good communication and presentation skills with strong leadership skill
• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
