Greater China based Telecom carrier
• Assist team leader to manage and design the key performance indicators of business workflow and process
• Responsible for coordinating the optimization of workflow with different internal parties
• Responsible for assessing, monitoring, revisiting and analyzing the performance of business workflow & process
• Responsible for drafting the monthly report of workflow and process for the management
• Responsible for the team to collect feedback and provide recommendations for the business workflow improvements from time to time
• Assist on ad-hoc projects as per request
• Degree holder in telecommunication or related subjects
• Minimum 3 years working experience in telecommunication industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Positive attitude, proactive, good service sense and communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
