Well-established public enterprise
• Provide 3rd level support & respond to technical issues as they arise
• Support the system such as Exchange, SCCM, SharePoint and Skype for business
• Perform the system configuration, upgrade and maintenance
• Monitor the system services and client healthiness
• Prepare SCCM software package
• Perform deployment of software package, security patches via SCCM
• Perform SharePoint site deployment
• 5 years working experience and proficiency with Exchange and SharePoint in a medium to large enterprise
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in which at least 1 year in project management in a medium to large enterprise
• Solid domain knowledge in Exchange, SCCM, SharePoint, Skype for business, and MSSQL
• Experience in system maintenance and technical problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skill, able to work well with different levels of internal users and external service providers and suppliers
• Effective writing skill to document and present technical issues; and prepare project and resolve reports
